Woodland Estates is Macomb's premiere subdivision, located adjacent to Macomb Country Club. Woodland Estates subdivision was developed and constructed by Jack Laverdiere. Some lots are wooded, and many offer the possibility of a walk out basement. A one-year free membership at Macomb Country Club is provided to first-time members with the purchase of a single family or duplex lot. Members of the County Club can enjoy golfing, swimming pool, tennis courts, and the Country Club Restaurant.
